The 70 years of European - and even more so by the Italian - cinema produced a number of starlets and cult-Stars, but only a Edwige Fenech. Unlike Gloria Guida, Laura Gemser or Ingrid Steeger she was an actress who could never pin down a genre area.
Fenech was in the 70 years the undisputed female star of the Giallo. She was involved in a wide range of high quality and still more interesting crime films, but stayed to become not only set out.
